Back from Marfa. Celebrated 250th birthday of Nation with pool party in desert under rolling thunderstorms, wholesome baseball match, observing the stars at McDonald Observatory.

Clarity in what to cultivating:

• depth of lived experience: Exploration, motoring, cycling, travel, music
• depth of impact, applied impact: “Coherent Node” concept at Austin-based lab.

On works:

• Apply zone of genius.
• Leverage zone of excellence based on value by applying expertise collaboratively. Minimize / manage others zones. THINK: Ikigai, Mastery. Example: From Chaos to Operating System.
• Cognitive Thinking System. Last 12 month build: illuminating. Interact w/ regularly, now is time to apply vs. build. Experienced collapse of time in coding w/ AI. Other domains.
• Coding / craft: Where to apply craft? AI colapsed time in coding. If focus on working concept, craftsmanship at different level, applied intelligence. Be precise. Know when to handcode. Do not deprive self of experience blindly.
• In terms of resources, time is ultimately limited. View of assets / money shifted: will run out of money before time. Primary input is experimental, hence time, more than capital, is the limited reagent. Use resources to tilt table of fortune in my favor. Leverage wisely and with intention.
